Return Period

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
  • All tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Products such as intimate items, customized accessories, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return process:

  1. Send an email to info@vallenzi.com with the subject "Return Request".
  2. Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Product description
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, follow the same return process and specify the desired item in your initial email.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or sale items are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use.
  • Products subject to hygiene and personal safety regulations are not refundable once opened or used.

Non-Delivery and Reshipment Policy

In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the following rules apply:

  • If the product is not delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent address information provided by the customer,
  • If the customer fails to collect the package within the time limit set by the courier, resulting in the return of the product to the sender,
  • Or if the failed delivery is due to any responsibility of the customer,

then the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

The reshipping cost will be calculated based on the product value and current courier rates; the exact amount will be communicated by our support team before proceeding.

The product will only be reshipped after the reshipping cost has been paid.
